1. What we compare
We may compare public handset list prices, manufacturer finance examples, SIM-only plans, contract lengths, data allowances and selected plan features. We do not represent every offer in the market.
2. Where information comes from
For the launch build, product prices were checked against Apple UK, Samsung UK and Google Store UK. SIM plan examples were checked against EE, O2, Three and Vodafone public pages. Our sources page records the links and the date checked.
3. What we do not do
We do not describe ourselves as the mobile network, manufacturer, “official” service, authorised customer service line, or exclusive retailer unless that relationship is separately documented and disclosed. The current build makes no such claim.
4. Calls and enquiries
The phone number 0330 059 9218 is presented as the Zuner Center UK comparison and enquiry line. Callers should be told the same independent role that appears on the website. A caller who wants to purchase from a particular network or manufacturer should receive clear information about who will take the order and whose terms apply.
5. Price updates
Mobile pricing changes quickly. Each public price reference is dated. A dated reference is not a promise that the same price will remain available. Before publication, prices should be rechecked regularly and expired promotions removed promptly.
6. Commercial relationships
If the website later earns referral fees, commissions or advertising revenue from a provider, that relationship should be disclosed near the relevant comparison and in this methodology. No such commercial relationship is claimed in this build.
7. Images and trademarks
The handset artwork in this build is original illustrative artwork rather than copied product photography. Third-party names are used only to identify products or networks being discussed. Those names and marks remain the property of their owners.
